Although rumors have been circling for awhile, we thought we'd wait to break any news on JFH about Copeland's signing to Tooth & Nail Records until we had some solid proof (we wouldn't want another "did they or didn't they?" like the Family Force 5 fiasco). Today, Copeland made the announcement themselves and updated their myspace page with new artwork about the recent signing. On October 14th, their new album, You Are My Sunshine, will releases. Here is their announcement...
Hey guys. So at this point you have all heard about us signing to Tooth and Nail Records. This is something that we are all really excited about. Tooth and Nail have been fans of our music from the very beginning, even before our first full length album. Throughout the years, we have made many friends who work at the label. We talked with several labels after becoming free agents, and in the end Tooth and Nail was the obvious choice for us. They are passionate about our band, and they are some of the hardest working people in the industry. Keep your eyes peeled for more information on "You Are My Sunshine" between now and October 14. We're looking forward to seeing you all soon.
